How to make an Archangel

Ingredients
- 67.5mL Gin
- 22.5mL Aperol
- Cucumber Slice
Instructions
- Add the 3 ingredients to your mixing glass
- Stir for 20-25 seconds, tasting whilst you stir
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Garnish with a twist of lemon
