"Je Suis Valérie"

Nine readers love this post.
Inspired in a 19th Century Portuguese Romancist who as died three years after the Bartending Book " The Mixicologist " was first released, this recipe tells us the story and romance of Antonio, a Portuguese Imigrant in France who falls in love with a young French girl called Valérie.
So in order to declare himself his love for her, he invites her to a pic-nic in Provence where he prepares a delicious aromatic drink and names it after her name.
This is a sharing Cocktail to be enjoyed together after dinner or outside in the hot summer days.
"Je Suis Valérie"
100ml Vodka Ciroc.
4 drops Orange blossom water
50ml Plum purée
80ml grapefruit juice
Dash grapefruit bitters
30ml Port & Chardonnay reduction
Garnished with dehidrated grapefruit and edible flowers
This Cocktail is my suggestion for Diageo Worldclass Competition burst 2 in Portugal.
