INGREDIENTS:

• 2oz Bourbon.
• 0.5oz Peach Schnapps.
• 0.25oz Fresh Lemon Juice.
• Muddled Peaches.
• Dash of bitters.

COCKTAIL RECIPE:

• Pre-rim the glass with Snowy River holiday cocktail salt using lemon/lime or egg white (for a thicker rim) as the binding agent.
• Fill shaker with ice to chill.
