WEB HALLOWEEN SKULL 040 INGREDIENTS:

2 Key Limes

1/2 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Lime Vodka

1/4 oz. Sylk Cream Liqueur

1 tsp. Sweetened Whipped Cream

Splash of Cruzan Vanilla Rum

GARNISH:

Cherry Syrup

Dry Ice

Daikon Root

PREPARATION:

Start by muddling the limes with the simple syrup in a mixing glass until all the juices are extracted. Next add the Lime Vodka, The Sylk Cream Liqueur and the Whipped Cream. Shake hard for 5 fast seconds, making sure the cream and all other ingredients will mix thoroughly. Now your drink is ready... but it's time to prep your glass!

Take your cocktail glass and add the Cruzan Rum and swirl it around and then discard ....just like an in and out martini! Well you don't really HAVE to throw it away... open your mouth and have a shot! Dip the rim in cherry syrup and for the spooky effect I placed a little piece of dry ice in the bottom of the glass. You can serve this drink with or without shaken ice... whatever you prefer!

The color is off white like creamy key lime pie and the scent is citrusy, sweet and intoxicating. The dry ice adds a mysterious allure and the taste?? Quite obviously TO DIE FOR!
