1.5 oz Smirnoff Kissed Caramel Vodka
.5 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
2 oz half & half
Caramel Drizzle (ie: Torani)
Drizzle martini glass with caramel drizzle. Chill liquor and half & half together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour gently into the martini glass. Cheers!
Variation:
Turn this kissed caramel martini into a salted caramel martini! Your first step would be dipping the rim of the glass into sugar water, shaking off excess liquid, and rimming with sea salt or margarita salt (they are bigger pieces than regular table salt). Next, shake off excess salt so that it does not fall into your martini glass. Drizzle inside with caramel drizzle and continue with drink preparation!
Note:
I used Torani Caramel Sauce for my drizzle- it’s meant for coffee and it’s nice and thick. Near the end of the bottle, you will have a hard time getting it out. Put bottle in a cup of hot water for a minute, and the caramel will come out easier. But if you do this, it is important that you put your martini glass (with caramel drizzle) into the fridge/freezer for a few minutes afterwards. This way, your caramel won’t “melt” when you pour the cocktail inside. Plus, a chilled glass makes your cocktail extra frosty!
