PREPARATION:
Do you like bubbly cocktails? Are you looking for a simple one to make at your next cocktail party? This one will show off your mixology skills and is sure to wow your guest list.
Start with a mixing glass and add the lemon, tarragon, simple syrup and muddle it to extract the tarragon flavor from the tiny leaves. Now add the gin, St. Germain and a scoop of ice and shake it for 5 fast seconds. Next double strain and pour into a champagne flute and top it off with your Prosecco. Or if you are looking for something sweeter with a little less alcohol, you can substitute the Prosecco with a good Italian Blood Orange Soda.
The color is gorgeous pale coral and the spicy licorice-like aromas of tarragon are wafting from the narrow glass. The taste is a refreshing wave of flavors... herbal notes mixed with citrus plus the Prosecco complexity. This easy drink will make anyone feel like a real Mixologist!
