This is a real beauty. Around the beginning of 2014 a buddy made and designed the "Blackstrap Negroni" and I just loved it. Very soon after I tried making many different variations and twists myself and one was a Mezcal version with equal parts so I'd like to share it with all of you in honor of Negroni week. Also since this also deserves a proper name I'm dubbing it the "Thunderstrap Negroni" Made with Montelobos silver Mezcal, Cruzan blackstrap rum, Campari, and Sweet Vermouth. ingredients;

3/4oz Montelobos Mezcal Joven

3/4oz Campari

3/4oz Cruzan Blackstrap Rum

3/4oz Sweet vermouth (I'm using noilly prat)

Prep;

Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice and stir well, strain into rocks glass over new ice and apply orange twist garnish (In this case the one im using is a orange skin belt I designed)
