Mixology Monday - Forgiving cocktails

Zero readers love this post.
Happy holidays to all my readers, Mixology Monday and all fellow bartenders, that love and appreciate this craft. I thrully hope that you'll all reach the peaks of this profession and live a happy life, because this is what it is all about.
Our friend Dagreb came up with an very interesting theme this month which sends me back to the beginning of my career when using the jigger was some sort of shame. Oh, what a ignorant fool I was. Thank God that didn't lasted for long and that now I can make up for the sugary atrocities that I was making. At least the drinks were fun and my guests had a good time.
Back to the present time, the last menu that we were using had a cocktail in it which was very popular, but was a pain in the ass because we were using fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. Don't ask me why we weren't pre-squeezing them like the other fruits... Anyway here we have the station and a few feet away is the juicer, not far, but when you have a shitload of other stuff to do meashuring those two ounces of the damned grapefruit juice just won't happen!
So we all agreed half a grapefruit will do, only, fruits are not the same. One yealds more than the other, so we have small variations, but at the end of the day is the same drink.
To close the chapter with the last menu I present to you:
