Greetings fellas, I'm  really sorry for being  late for this month's episode, but I couldn't miss our epic cocktail party! Especially when there are oranges involved.
As you saw in my past posts I won't come with complicated techniques or with countless ingredients, that give you a headache only when you see the recipe because I want OJ to shine here.

Cuban screwdriver:

Rum 2 oz
Orange juice 2 oz
Cinnamon syrup 3/4 oz
Angostura bitters 3 dashes
  • Collins
  • Shake Strain
  • Orange peel
I like a lot the orange and cinnamon combination, but when Angostura comes in there's a whole new world of flavors opening in front of you. With a lot of crazy spices and the rum's fiery bite it seems I just nailed a drink perfect for autumn. You get extra points if you're using a gold rum.

That's  it dear fellas. Short and concise and I'm really glad that I didn't  missed the oportunity to be part of this marvellous community.
Lots of thanks Mixology Monday for bringing us all together and lots of thanks as well to DJ Hawaiian Shirt of the Spirited Remix blog for hosting.
Respect!
