Despite the amount of work and thought that goes into creating a cocktail list, there are always customers looking for something off-menu. And that’s fine. We wouldn’t be very good at our jobs if bartenders were limited to only twelve cocktails.
I have complied a list of the Top Ten Off-Menu requests that I have generated after months and months of data that, for the sake of this post, I will pretend to have collected:
- Long Island Iced Tea
- Margarita
- “Something like and Old Fashioned”
- Spicy Margarity
- Dark n’ Stormy
- “… but not too sweet.”
- Southside
- Mojito
- Moscow Mule
- “What can you make with cucumber?”
