In the past year or so the non-alcoholic spirit industry is blooming, and I think it was about time this to happened. Many people don't want to drink or can't consume alcohol, and with this in mind the option of enjoying alcohol-free spirits is brilliant.

Back in September 2018, a new non-alcoholic spirit was born, and a few months later I got my hands on a bottle of this fantastic drink. Former British racing driver Hamish Gordon creates this exciting new premium brand of Non-Alcoholic drink. The Driver’s Tipple contains all the flavours of a traditional London Dry Gin, uncompromising in taste, just without the effects of alcohol. The Drivers Tipple maybe newborn but already showing promising start with 0 sugar, 0 sweeteners and most important 100% vegan.

A lovely bottle holds a refreshing non-alcoholic spirit contain juniper, coriander, angelica, ginger, grapefruit, cardamon & mint.

Ingredients:
* 50ml Drivers Tipple
* 15ml Cinchona Syrup
* 15ml Tarragon Syrup
* 10ml Raspberry Syrup
* 75ml Pineapple Juice
* Dash Peach Bitter

Garnish:
* Pineapple Leave
•
Glassware:
* Retro Coupe Glass 1910 - 210ml

Method:
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into the glass. Garnish with single pineapple leave and serve.
