Royal Bay Punch

1tsp lemon oleo saccharum

1oz lemon juice

1oz black tea

2oz pisco

1oz champagne/sparkling wine

Add all ingredients to a rocks glass and stir. Add ice and stir again. Top with champagne. Add a lemon peel for garnish.
