The Royal Bay Punch shows off how a little champagne/sparkling wine can liven up a drink. We also show off the Perlage Champagne Preservation System in this video. It's a good product that is worth the investment.
Royal Bay Punch
1tsp lemon oleo saccharum
1oz lemon juice
1oz black tea
2oz pisco
1oz champagne/sparkling wine
Add all ingredients to a rocks glass and stir. Add ice and stir again. Top with champagne. Add a lemon peel for garnish.
