Spicy Daiquiri Variation

Ingredients:

2 dashes Scappy's Fire Water bitters
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz watermelon juice
heavy 1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz Cynar
1-1/2 oz Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva

Preparation: Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. Add ice. Long/hard shake. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
