How to make a Persephone cocktail
Love the addition of Monkey 47 Sloe Gin to make a rich and fruity but not overly sweet cocktail. This one is a must try!
Ingredients
- 30mL Laird's Applejack
- 22.5mL Dolin Rouge Sweet Vermouth
- 15mL Monkey 47 Sloe Gin
- 15mL Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
Instructions
- Fill a Boston glass with ice
- Add all the ingredients
- Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe
