The boys over at The Boys Club asked me over for Girl’s Night today, and I have to say I was thrilled to be invited to crash their “boys club”.  I have a feeling they were expecting me to bring cocktails that would involve one of the luscious dark alcohols I enjoy.  Instead, I decided to shake things up with a fun summer time drink.  One that not only would please the ladies but would also delight the boys.  I am officially declaring it summer by kicking things off with this rich, creamy Pina Colada!  Hurry over so you can enjoy one with us;  promise it will be nothing but icy cold fun!
