I sure hope you folks like this tipple as I believe it's a real winner. it's packed with flavor and nuances that will leaving you wanting another.... and probably even another.

Everything mingles nicely together: the Plantation pineapple rum does take center stage however the 2 herbal liqueurs (Green Chartreuse and Suze) are not far behind and both blend flawlessly together. The cocchi americano merges all the other players together which results in a cocktail which is not too sweet with a profound flavor structure. 1.5oz Plantation Stiggins' Fancy pineapple rum

1oz Cocchi Americano

1/2oz Suze gentian bitter liqueur

1/2oz Green Chartreuse

Garnish: dehydrated pineapple slide


Prep: Combine all ingredients into stirring glass. Stir very well with ice and strain over fresh ice. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple slide
