Recipe: An Apple Story

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. St Germain
1 oz. Apple Juice
1 bsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
Shake well:
1.5 oz. Vodka
1 oz. St Germain
1 oz. Apple Juice
1 bsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
Double-strain in a Martini Glass, garnish with homemade apple chips
For the apple chips:
Slice as thin as possible an apple (works better with more acidic,like Granny Smith)
Soak it in a simple syrup bath for few seconds
dehydrate it, dehydrator or lowest temp in the oven...
If it is sliced enough thinly, the simple syrup, while drying will crinkle the rim and so the apple can be hooked on the glass
