About

The Scofflaw is one of my favorite classic cocktails, because it demonstrates the versatility of whiskey. This cocktail is a friendly way to introduce brown liquor to those who do not consider themselves whiskey people. It is always a hit: complex, well-balanced, spicy, sweet, dry, and tart. Perfect!
