Ingredients

1.5 oz Fidencio Mezcal
.5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1 oz "Christmas Tree" syrup
1 egg white
.25 oz lemon juice
1 oz fresh pinepple juice
2-3 dashes of Scrappy's cardamom bitter

Directions

in a shaker build egg white, tree syup, lemon juice. Dry shake to froth. add mezcal and pineapple and bitters, shake strain into coupe glass. garnish with cone buds from christmas tree.

Christmas tree syrup
come in night before and trim christmas tree. use branch to flavor syrup or use addtional items if possible.
