Ingredients

2 oz Bombay sapphire dry gin
1/3 oz green chartreuse
1 oz pear juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz orgeat syrup
IPA beer

Directions

Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and double strain into a highball or a tiki mug over fresh ice. Garnish with mint and grapefruit wedge
