Business partner Aaron Funk and I are proud to announce the incorporation of Rabbit & Turtle Beverage Corp. Our first product line, Colonel Jesse's Small Batch Tonic, will be available very soon. This flavor was developed for two reasons: 1) To assuage IPA drinkers, as I operate a pre-prohibition-inspired cocktail lounge, and we do not offer any beer or wine. 2) To complement one of my favorite gins on the market - Tanqueray Malacca - sadly in short supply. Ingredients

1.5 oz Tanqueray Malacca
.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Colonel Jesse's Small Batch Hop-Chamomile-Grapefruit Tonic
Top with soda water

Directions

Build in a cocktail glass over one large ice cube or sphere. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
