Santa's Revolver

This Christmas inspired drink is served as a special offer through only December in our Bar. We gave its name only for fun and we were actually a bit skeptical to name a drink like this, however, our guests are so amazed by it that makes everyone laugh and that's December all about, or not?

This amazing German Brandy gives the boost of the mix, but actually it's a quite fruity, easy to sip drink and the small touch of espresso with our self-made cloves bitters brings a lot of complexity to it. The Absinthe atomizer and the fragrant aroma of the tonka bean reminds you Christmas and makes you to have another one.

Ingredients

40 ml Asbach Uralt Brandy, 20 ml The Bitter Truth Apricot Brandy, 10 ml espresso, 20 ml lemon juice, 1 bar spoon icing sugar, 1 egg white, 2 sprays Pernod Absinthe, 3 dashes Ducktails Cloves Bitters.

Directions

Shake every bullet vigorously with ice, load to your gun, pull the trigger, enjoy and thank to Santa! :)

Garnish: dehydrated apple slices soaked in red port, cinnamon stick, tonka bean sprinkle, Amaro cherry
