Refreshing Deep Eddy Iced Tea Cocktails

National Iced Tea Month is in June, but the recent warmer weather calls for refreshing long drinks.
And, with the Derby around the corner, iced tea cocktails really hit the spot — especially if you aren’t the Julep type. Whether you enjoy your tea on a lazy afternoon or while watching the Derby, try mixing up some iced tea with your favorite spirit. Or chill out Austin-style by shaking up these cool cocktails using Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka.
Peachy Keen
Peachy Keen
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz. Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
- 1/4 oz. Peach schnapps
- 1 oz. Lemon juice
- Spoon of peach jam or preserves
- 2 Dashes of peach bitters
- Club soda, to top
- Lemon wheel, to garnish
Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a tin and shake to combine. Pour into a collins glass or mason jar filled with ice. Top with splash of soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
Moji Tea
The Moji-Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 oz. Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
- 4 Fresh mint leaves, muddled
- 1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
- 4 oz. Water
- Lime wheel, for garnish
Preparation: In a tall glass, add first four ingredients and stir to combine. Top with lime garnish.
Skinny Dip
The Skinny Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 Part Deep Eddy Sweet Tea Vodka
- 2 Parts water
- Lemon slice, for garnish
Preparation: Combine first two ingredients, roll into a Collins glass or mason jar, and top with lemon garnish.
