Rum Daisy

Ingredients:
Dark Rum - 1 ounce
Sugar Syrup - 1 tsp
Maraschino Liqueur - 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tsp
Soda Water as required
Ice cubes - crushed
Method:
1. In a cocktail shaker, mix the rum, sugar syrup, liqueur and lemon juice.
2. Add ice cubes and shake well.
3. Strain into a cocktail glass.
4. Top up with soda water.
5. Serve at once.
