S. Martinho is an autum Portuguese tradition, where people celebrate at the fireplace and eat roasted chestnuts and drink Jeropiga, a traditional liquor made from Portuguese Aguadente ( Grappa )

In Honour to this tradition I have created this Cocktail.

35ml Dark Rum ( Jamaican )

20ml Jeropiga

15ml cinnamon Liqueur

40 ml roasted chestnut purée

20ml cloudy Apple juice

Shake well all ingredients and double strain into a coupette, garnish with nutmeg and chestnut shavings.
