Inspired by sea discoveries of Portugal, here comes this iconic cocktail based on portuguese flavours and the secrets discovered all around the world.

40 ml Bulldog Gin

20 ml Green Apple liqueur

10 ml Almond Liqueur (called Amarguinha in Portugal)

15 ml Orgeat Syrup

10 ml Cinamonn syrup

5 ml Green apple syrup

20 ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Put all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well, then just double strain into a glass.

Garnish with Cinammon, Green Apple, sugar, Orange, Almond, fennel.
