Shaken & Stirred: Pisco Peruvian Style

Two readers love this post.
For our first event of 2013, we’ve teamed up with Raymi Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar and Macchu Pisco to bring you an evening of Peruvian Pisco and hors d’oeuvres in celebration of Pisco Sour Month!
Join us on February 13th for cocktails & hors d’eouvres with Raymi’s resident Pisco connoisseur, Piero Rodriguez, and Macchu Pisco’s Lizzie da Trindade-Asher, who will share their knowledge about this quintessential Peruvian spirit.
You’ll sample two kinds of Pisco – Macchu Pisco & La Diablada – enjoy signature cocktails and small bites, and meet some fellow dipsologists during this exclusive two-hour event. Who knows, maybe you’ll even find a date for the 14th, (nudge nudge, wink wink).
Are you a big Pisco fan? Not sure what Pisco is? Had a Pisco Sour once and sort of remember that you thought it was good? Great! We’ll see you there.
Event Details:
When: Wednesday, February 13th, 6-8pm
Where: Raymi Peruvian Kitchen & Pisco Bar, 43 West 24th Street between 5th & 6th Avenues (map)

This is the first event in our new series “Shaken & Stirred” where each month we’ll highlight a spirit or cocktail style and host an evening with a local expert on the subject. We hope you’ll join us, and if you’ve got special requests for topics, please let us know!
