Many booze enthusiasts may already be aware of how amazing this week is; for those of you who have been living under a rock, this week is the 4th annual Negroni week. This celebration that began in 2013 in tribute to this popular classic cocktail and while doing so has helped to raise money for charities worldwide. This year Imbibe Magazine and Campari are back at it in collaboration with over 6,000 venues participating in the fundraising globally.

With this in mind, Beautiful Booze has come together with Campari to spread the word and do what we can to raise awareness and hopefully entice you to head to your local participating venue to help this year be the best yet. So we didn't have to think too hard about which cocktail to create, but coming up with a unique recipe following the main ideal base for a Negroni can be a little tough. Drawing inspiration from a recent trip to Mexico, we developed this cocktail using a Oaxacan Mezcal and Ancho Reyes; a uniquely Mexican liquor we love to play with.

Throughout June 6-12 this year, a portion of the proceeds from every Negroni or Negroni-related item sold at participating venues worldwide will be donated to the charity of their choice. NegroniWeek.com has been fully redesigned to make signing up to participate or finding a participating location in your area that much easier. In addition to news, recipes, and merchandise sections, the website will spotlight participating bars, events, and charities.
