Ingredients:
Passion Fruit Juice – 150 ml
Spiced Rum – 80 ml
Malibu – 20 ml
Coconut Cream – 20 ml
Milk – 40 ml
Double Cream – 40 ml
Apple Juice – 20 ml
Mango Puree – 2 tblsp
Sugar Syrup – 2 tsp
Ice cubes
Passion Fruit Liqueur as per taste

Method:
1. Add the passion fruit juice into a cocktail shaker.
2. Add all the other ingredients and shake well.
3. Pour into a cocktail glass.
4. Top up with crushed ice and a dash of passion fruit liqueur.
5. Serve at once.
