Here's what you're missing: SOL started with one of their American single malts. Then, a group of volunteers washed, cut, cored, roasted and pressed 16 tons of Carpenter's Farm's delicious gourds. Next, the fresh pumpkin juice and single malt are blended together and infused with cinnamon, clove, sweet orange peel, vanilla, and allspice.
