  • 40ml Chilli Infused Vodka
  • 35ml Peach Liqueur
  • Dash Peach Bitter
  • 35ml Peach & Chilli Botanical Mix

Add everything to a mixing glass and stir for 30 seconds to make sure it's appropriately chilled. Strain over a giant ice ball in a Retro Fizzio 1910 Coupe Glass. Garnish with a slice of red chilli resting on the ice.

For this cocktail, I wanted to introduce something more on the edge and at the same time a balanced aperitif drink. I used the Hell's Half Acre Vodka infused for 4 hours with fresh red chillies.
NOTE: leaving it longer will make the vodka very spicy.

To soften the chilli but also add a little sweetness I used the fantastic botanical mix Peach & Chilli from The Crafty Botanist. I highly recommend them for cocktails.

Finally, add Bols Peach Liqueur to push the peach aroma and also use the Peach Bitters from The Bitter Truth Company

I have to admit this cocktail is not for everybody. If you like a little spice and you are a fan of a sweet and spicy mix you will enjoy this. I loved it and it boosted my appetite a lot before dinner.
