It’s that time of year! It’s time for my annual experiment with holiday flavors. I recently picked up a bottle of Eastside Distillery’s Hue-Hue Coffee Rum. I’ve been intrigued by the idea of coffee rum, especially since this expression is made with cold-brew.
Cold-brew aromatic free-trade, single-origin Arabica coffee beans grown at the Finca El Paternal Estate in Huehuetenango, Guatemala and proudly sourced & light-roasted through Portland Roasting Company. The brew is then blended with premium silver rum and a trace amount of Demerara sugar in a memorable marriage of flavors, giving our Hue-Hue a natural, deep, smooth richness. Great for sipping or for mixing in a variety of warm-your-insides drink recipes, our delicious coffee rum is a favorite among bartenders for its flavor, versatility and lack of sweetness.
To pair this lovely rum, I decided to mix this with the cinnamon Vodka Brand, HEEET. This high-quality, luxury cinnamon spirit combines the crisp taste of vodka with all natural ingredients to set your tongue ablaze. Together, I’ve mixed this to create the right Spiked Holiday Coffee

1.0 oz. HEET Cinnamon Vodka
