Spriggy With It

.5 oz Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
.5 oz Carpano dry
1.5 oz Malfy gin con limone
bar spoon brine
3 oz Prosecco

Garnish: lemon peel pierced with thyme and olive in middle

Fill a stemless wine glass with 3 oz prosecco, add spirits, stir, fill with ice & garnish
