Summer means 'refreshing' but not necessarely 'alcoholic'. Not too much at least.
Spritzless is a low ABV cocktail, easy-going but complex.
25ml Citadelle Reserve
10ml Grapefruit Juice
5ml Chinotto Quaglia
3 dashes Creole Bitters
top Champless Tea
Build in a wine glass with ice and a Kumquat as garnish
