St-Germain Presents The World’s Slowest Bike Race

Two readers love this post.
A Denver edition and six more across the states in October
St-Germain is giving back to their cultish community of bar and spirits advocates that have given the elderflower liqueur such a vibrant life in its most recent years. The World’s Slowest Bike Race has been happening in cities from coast to coast since last month and STG has seven more stops to make through October. Taking place on the start of the Industry weekend, the Sunday-Monday crowd has taken a liking to the French-inspired family style affair with STG cocktails, food, live music, and of course the world’s slowest bike race yet.
The bike race itself is a light-hearted competition in which competitors will race a short A to B distance on a fixed-gear bike. Said competitor with the longest upright race time takes not just the title, but also a St-Germain custom Linus bike. Getting our first taste of the colder months here at the Industry HQ in Denver, the race luckily doesn’t mind the weather – there is plenty of room to race indoors. Punch Bowl Social, host of the Denver edition on October 21st, has been gawked over for its spacious, warm, and open atmosphere, but the race is not your roustabout ‘tour de city’ – might not even break a sweat. Feel welcome to join the members of the industry community, your companion St-Germain zealots, and everybody else that shares your affliction for elderflower and bicycles.
Denver – Punch Bowl Social [65 Broadway]
Enjoy complimentary St-Germain cocktails, cuisine, live DJ Stone, interactive photo booth, bowling, and floor shuffle from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on Monday, October 21.
