St. Patrick's Day Cocktail featuring Papa's Pilar Rum

THE SHAMROCK
1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar® Blonde Rum
1 oz Midori
.75 oz fresh Lime juice
6 Mint leaves
1 oz Club soda
Muddle
Mint and Lime juice in a shaker. Add Papa's Pilar®, and Midori. Shake,
and strain in a highball glass filled with ice. Top with Club Soda, and
