Something in my heart told me I must have you.

Strangers In The Night.

Exchanging glances—what were the chances?

You can always rely on the lullabies of Frank Sinatra for inspiration. I can pretty much guarantee that Sinatra will have another appearance in the future at Bar De Bex. Can't deny it, the heart wants what the heart wants. There's just something in that voice and those words...that get me.

So let’s class it up and take it back, shall we? With that said, I offer you, “Strangers in the Night.” Be the bold and sweet temptation with this balance of bourbon, Aperol and blackberries. Strut on over to the dark and daring, that persuading smile, that elegant demeanor, and a devious stolen dance. Consume, or prepare with moderation.

Let's concoct:

  • 2 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • 2 Pure Sugar Cane Cubes
  • 3 Large Blackberries

*Stir in mixing glass with cubed ice. Strain into a rocks glass with one large ice cube. Top with orange zest and garnish with twisted orange peel.

If you want to give it a go, you'll need...
