INGREDIENTS:

1/2 Banana

1 Scoop of Dark Chocolate Gelato

1/2 oz. Amaretto

1 oz. Coconut Monkey Rum

3 oz. Milk

1 tbsp. of Chocolate Syrup

GARNISH:

Chocolate Eggs Skewers

Happy Easter! Or maybe I should say Happy Passover! Whatever it is you are celebrating whether it be the Resurrection of Jesus, the escape from Egyptian slavery or simply a really long weekend, the vital issue is the same: what to drink?

You say holiday and I say drink! You say Easter and I say SUNNY BUNNY CHOCOLATE LOVE!

But seriously what is Easter without chocolate? Even more, what is Easter without a celebratory cocktail?

Place all the ingredients in your blender. If you happen to use a frozen banana it will help to chill the drink faster. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds and then let it sit for 20 seconds. Now double strain the mix into a sugar rimmed martini glass .

Serve with a Chocolate skewer just like in the picture.

The color is light brown, reminiscent of chocolate milk.. but an adult friendly chocolate milk. The nose is captivated by the incredible unique notes of Amaretto. The taste is creamy, rich & festive... the perfect Easter dessert in a glass!
