Tahoe Blue Vodka Cocktail

The idea for this vodka cocktail came to me after taking my first sip of Tahoe Blue Vodka.It really highlights the taste of the vodka and it is very easy to make.
Start with 2 lime quarters and half a bar spoon of sugar. Muddle the lime and the sugar together before adding any other ingredients to help the sugar dissolve. You could usesimple syrupinstead in the cocktail if you wanted to but I liked the idea of fresh sugar to go along with the sugarcane in the vodka.
Add the vodka, crushed ice and a splash of soda water. Garnish with a couple more lime quarters and enjoy!

Ingredients
2 ounces Tahoe Blue Vodka
4 lime quarters
sugar
soda water
Crushed ice
4 lime quarters

Crushed ice
Preparation
Muddle 2 lime quarters and sugar. Add vodka, crushed ice and splash of soda water. Garnish with 2 more lime quarters.
