The weather is right for some springtime light cocktails and what could be better than a pink lemony drink that will lift your spirits and have you reaching for the second glass?

We asked Samantha Katz of Ladies of American Distilleries (an awesome organization that supports women in the spirits industry) to give us one of her favorites, and she shared a gin cocktail inspired by one of her favorite writers.
