The Ampicillin

Ingredients:

3 cl Johnny Walker black whisky

2cl Talisker

3 cl fig puree

1 cl orgeat syrup

3 cl fresh squeezed lemon juice

2 drops of Peychaud's bitters

1 egg white

Methodology:

Dry shake first, right after shake over ice all the ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass

Garnish: Roasted fig

Comments:

A slightly smoky whisky sour complemented by the pairing flavors of fig and almonds
