The Aristocrat is a different take on the pisco sour. Peru and Chile have a friendly struggle over who invented pisco and pisco sour, this is a cocktail in honour of both countries.

6 cl Pisco Barsol Quebranta
2 cl of chamomile syrup
1 cl of ginger liqueur
3 cl lime
2 cl lychee puree
1 drop of black walnut bitters
egg white

Method: Dry shake and shake all the ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
