Mint Simple Syrup

Two readers love this post.
I always try and have some simple syrup on hand for drinks and cocktails. Some of them simple and others flavored. Remember my Strawberry Rhubarb Simple Syrup and my Pineapple Sage Simple Syrup? This Mint Simple Syrup is actually a very basic recipe that is traditionally used in Mint Juleps but you can also you it to liven up a glass of plain sparkling water. I’m thinking up other cocktails to use the syrup so stay tuned. . .
