It is that time of year again. You probably have your pumpkins ready to go and your decorations all set up, but do you have any idea what you will be drinking this Halloween? Well, we’ve got you covered. Below are 26 amazing Halloween cocktails for almost every type of taste preference, pick out your favorites or try them all for your Halloween party drinks.
Jack O’ Lantern Martini
From SAIA Sushi & Asian Grill in Fort Lauderdale
1 oz Jack Daniels
¾ oz FireBall Whiskey
1 ½ oz Pumpkin and Cinnamon Infused Simple Syrup
½ oz Whipped Cream
Method: Shake in a mixing tin over ice and pour into a martini class. Garnished with a gram cracker rim, dollop of whipped cream & a light dusting of cinnamon.
Blood Punch
3 parts of Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate
1.5 parts Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple.
1.5 parts grape juice
2 parts of club soda
2 cups of frozen strawberries
Method: Using a large punch bowl, mix 3 parts of Cascade Ice Cranberry Pomegranate with 1.5 parts of Cascade Ice McIntosh Apple. Then stir in 1.5 parts cups of grape juice and 2 parts of club soda. Add in 2 cups of frozen strawberries to complement the flavors and serve away!
Pumpkin Pie Float
6 oz of Pumpkin Pie Cascade Ice
One scoop of vanilla ice cream
Garnish: crumble graham cracker and a dollop of whipped cream
Method: For a crowd-pleasing desert, try the Pumpkin Pie Float. Pour 6oz of Pumpkin Pie Cascade Ice into a tall glass filling it up halfway and add one scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish the float by crumbling a graham cracker and adding a dollop of whipped cream. It’s to die for!
The Screamsicle
6 oz Cascade Ice Orange Mango
1 oz of Orange Vodka
2 oz of whipped cream flavored vodka
Garnish: red or black liquorice
No holiday is complete without a mixed drink for mom and dad. Mix 6oz Cascade Ice Orange Mango with 1oz of Orange Vodka and 2oz of Whipped Creamflavored vodka in a glass with ice. Garnish your drink with some red or black liquorish!
Pumpkin Spice Margarita
2 parts Cruz Reposado Tequila
1 part Pumpkin Spice Liqueur
2 parts Half and Half
Cinnamon Sugar
Method: Combine Cruz Reposado, pumpkin spice liqueur and half and half in shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass over ice cinnamon sugar rim.
Pumpkin-Tini
3 parts pumpkin-infused Portón Pisco* (instructions below)2-750mL bottles of Portón Pisco
- ½ of a whole Nutmeg
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 20 whole cloves
- ½ of a whole vanilla bean
- 1 medium sized Sugar Pumpkin (also known as a cooking / baking pumpkin)
Apple Slice
Method: Cut off all outer skin of pumpkin and the cut the pumpkin into cubes and separate seeds** and non-usable pieces. Take vanilla bean and cut in half horizontally. Place all ingredients into a large glass jar, and store warm. After 2 days, remove the cinnamon stick (as it will overpower infusion). After 4 days, remove ingredients, strain through a cheese cloth, and return to empty bottles or clean glass container. Shake pumpkin-infused Portón over ice and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with apple slice.
Fright-tini
2 parts Skinnygirl™ Tangerine Vodka
1 part fresh blood orange juice
Method: Combine blood orange juice and vodka in an ice shaker. Strain and pour into a frosted martini glass to enjoy!
Hocus Pocus Punch
1 bottle Skinnygirl® Sangria
1 blood orange, sliced into wedges
1 red apple, halved and thinly sliced
Black licorice for garnish
Method: Combine all ingredients into a large pitcher. Add ice. Chill for at least 30 minutes to set. Garnish with licorice wand and enjoy! * Makes six servings
Piña Ghoul-ada
Skinnygirl® Piña Colada
“Blood” garnish
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoons red food coloring
Method: Pour the corn syrup in a shallow bowl and add a few drops of red food coloring. Stir with a toothpick to combine. Hold a glass by the stem, dip rim into the syrup mixture, and turn glass, coating entire rim. Turn the glass upright, allowing mixture to drip down sides. Repeat for desired number of glasses. Pour chilled Skinnygirl® Piña Colada into prepared glasses, serve and enjoy!
Fright Night in the Grove
In a shaker combine:
2 parts Jägermeister½ part Reposado tequila½ Part Simple Syrup1 part fresh grapefruit juice
Method: Add ice and Shake well and strain into a rocks glass full of fresh ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and a pinch of salt.
The Purple Fog in the Black Forest
In a shaker combine:
1.5 parts Jägermeister
.75 parts Crème Yvette Liqueur
.5 parts Concord Grape Juice
.5 parts Simple Syrup
3 lemon wedges
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice and garnish with a mint sprig and lemon slice.
The Count’s Old Fashioned
In a large rock’s glass combine:
2 parts Jägermeister Spice
½ part Bourbon Whiskey
¼ part simple syrup
3 dashes angostura bitters
Method: Add all ingredients and add ice and stir well. Garnish with a large orange peel.
The Bear Scares the Maiden Fair
In a mixing glass combine:
1 part Bärenjäger honey and bourbon
1 part Rye Whiskey (I recommend Templeton)
½ part VSOP cognac (I recommend Pierre Ferrand 1840)
½ part simple syrup
2 dashes of Regan’s Orange Bitters
Method: Add ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe or martini glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
German Ghoul
1½ parts Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon infused with cinnamon*
¾ part fresh lemon juice
1 part apple cider
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
*To infuse the Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon simply add 4 cinnamon sticks to 1L of Bärenjäger Honey & Bourbon 24 hours before use.
The Black Widow
2 parts American Harvest
¾ part Averna Amaro®
½ part sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura® Orange Bitters
Method: Stir all ingredients in a cocktail glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange rind.
Berried Alive
2 parts American Harvest
4 fresh mint leaves
4 blackberries
4 raspberries
¼ part agave nectar
Ginger beer
Crushed ice
Method: In a cocktail glass combine all ingredients except ginger beer and gently muddle. Add crushed ice and gently swizzle. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a blackberry and raspberry on a cocktail pick and fresh mint sprigs.
Green Diablada
Ingredients
15ml AGWA de Bolivia
15ml Melon Liqueur
2 Lime wedges
Method: Pour ingredients and squeeze the lime wedges into a shaker. Add ice, shake well, and serve.
Bolivian Bloody Mary
Ingredients:
25 ml AGWA De Bolivia
100ml Tomato Juice
10ml Worcestershire Sauce
5ml Tabasco Sauce
Pinch of salt, pepper, celery salt (as desired)
Lemon slice
Method: Pour all the ingredients over cubed ice in a highball glass and stir really well.
Green Angel
Ingredients
8 Basil leaves
12.5ml Limoncello
37.5ml Gin
25ml AGWA
25ml pure apple juice
vanilla sugar
Method: In a chilled Boston glass place 7 Basil leaves, fill with crushed ice, drizzle the limoncello and stir. Strain off limoncello, add 3 other liquids and stir to taste. Rim the martini glass with a lime wedge and sprinkle vanilla sugar on outside only. Strain Boston contents into glass and serve.
