Two readers love this post.
A classic cocktail from Brazil, the Caipirinha. The Caipirinha utilizes Cachaca, a Brazilian sugar cane based liqueur closest akin to that of Rhum Agricole on the Islands.
We show you how to make the classic design, with fine grain sugar and the entire lime process from start to finish. The process of muddling, utilizing the sugars really keeps the Caipirinha traditional to its creation process and retains the right balance of sweet and tart.
Ultimately it’s a simple cocktail design, but some of the most simple things create the best results. So why mess with perfection?
