The End of the Road cocktail was created by Chris McMillian and can be found in the excellent Beta Cocktails book. I can't say enough good things about this cocktail as it is a sublime mix of Laphroaig scotch whisky, Campari, and Green Chartreuse. With three simple ingredients, Chris created a cocktail with an amazing depth of flavor.

The End of the Road by Chris McMillian

1oz Laphroaig 10 year (I used the Laphroaig Quarter Cask for this video)

1oz Campari

1oz Green Chartreuse

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe cocktail glass.
