In a tiny town of Kennebunkport in Maine, you'll find a place called Earth at Hidden Pond. The restaurant is overseen by Executive Chef Justin Walker, who focuses on “farm to fork” freshness, with a menu that features vegetables and herbs picked from Hidden Pond’s on-site 800-square foot organic farm.

It's no surprise that one of their signature cocktails, The Farm Fusion, is a cocktail dictated by the earth and incorporates a variety of flowers and herbs grown in the resort’s organic farm. The drink infuses over time, so the longer the ingredients sit, the more prominent the flavors become. The Farm Fusion varies with the seasons as the garden crops transition through spring, summer and fall.

Ingredients:
4.0 oz Barr Hill gin
1.5 oz Cocchi Americano
1.0 oz chamomile raw honey
Raw honey comb
Lavender
Lemon balm
Chamomile flower
Dried hibiscus
Saffron
Schzindra berry
Dried Maine Apple
Dried Damiana
Lemon wheels (thinly sliced)

Directions:
Combine the ingredients in a Porthole Infuser and let sit for at least 2 days. Enjoy!
