INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz. (45 ml) Cocchi Vermouth
1 oz. (30ml) London Dry-style Gin
1 oz. (30ml) Tropical Fruit Coulis
½ oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
GARNISH:
Mango Gelatin Bites
PREPARATION:
Following the order of the recipe, place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake and stir into a Collins glass on the rocks, garnish with some Mango Gelatin bites and mint sprig.
The color is amber, the nose is like a dance of tropical flavors and the taste is balanced and very gentle. You don’t have to be a Gin lover to love this.. it will single-handedly shatter the most stereotypical Gin based cocktail loving palettes.

After many years of dedicated formal study in world-class service and some surprising life experiences, he traveled from Florence to the United States in 2005 to pursue his drinkable dreams. After just a few years of perseverance, Falleni is now the owner of two beautiful restaurant and bar lounges in Southern California with his life long friend and professional partner, Top Chef, Fabio Viviani.
