A sliky smooth beverage that will warm your soul. This drink has a great balance of coffee, chocolate, maple and spice.
You want to start by making up some drinking chocolate by combining 30ml of half and half cream to 30g of dark chocolate. Heat and stir the combo until you have an even consistency then transfer your drinking chocolate into the mug that you will be using for the rest of your drink.
Once transfered you want to add 7.5ml of maple syrup and a pinch of ground cinnamon. You may fill the rest with medium roast drip coffee; dark roast is exceptable if you want a slightly stronger flavouring of coffee. Make sure you leave just enough room at the top to add 15ml of gold tequila and garnish with ground cinnamon.
