Just in thyme for spring, I present to you the Komorebi cocktail. Komorebi is the Japanese word for the sunlight which is filtered through the trees. The Komorebi features thyme infused Bombay Sapphire London dry gin, a house-made Ginger shrub and fresh lemon juice. May you imbibe well!

Ingredients;

1.5oz Thyme infused Bombay Sapphire London Dry Gin

1oz House-made Ginger Shrub

3/4oz Fresh lemon juice

Garnish: Fresh thyme herb

Prep: Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Strain into your favorite martini or coupette glass. Apply garnish. CHEERS!
